Following Jesus Together
In Isaiah 43, God speaks to a demoralized, dejected people who think that God has abandoned them and He calls them to look to the future to see what He wants to do among them. “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a NEW THING! Now it springs up, do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland”. Jesus wants to do something new in you, also!
In the gospel of Luke 4:16-21 Jesus said that He came for one reason:
To Proclaim the Good News of God’s love so that people would be set free!
